Job Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing landscapes tailored to client specifications.
• Plan and execute garden layouts using appropriate plant materials, hardscaping elements, and irrigation systems.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing conditions and understand client needs.
• Manage and supervise landscaping projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Provide ongoing garden maintenance services, including pruning, weeding, and pest control.
• Collaborate with clients to provide expert advice on landscape maintenance and plant care.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental practices throughout all landscaping processes.
• Maintain tools and equipment for optimum performance and safety.
• Keep detailed records of project progress and client interactions.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape gardening or related fields.
• Proven knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction methods.
• Relevant qualifications in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in landscape project management and supervision.
• Demonstrated ability in using landscaping tools and machinery safely.
• Familiarity with local plant varieties and climate considerations.
• Previous experience working with clients in a customer service-oriented role.

Salary :

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $74,000 to $85,000 AUD.
