The Role
Thanks to a strong pipeline of recently awarded projects, this is your opportunity to step into a high-performing project team and play a pivotal role in delivering projects valued at $50M+.

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you’ll be trusted with full contract management responsibilities – from procurement through to close-out – and empowered to make an impact at every stage.

You’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Commercial and/or industrial project experience ($30M+ )
• Proven ability in subcontractor management and negotiations
• Experience managing variations, claims, and procurement processes
• Strong skills in drafting contracts, scopes of work, and project administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels
• High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and professional presentation
