About the role

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, you will lead RACGP’s enterprise-wide workforce planning framework. Partnering across People & Culture, Finance and Business Intelligence, you will turn workforce data into insights that strengthen capability, capacity and resource decisions.
This is a fixed term opportunity until 30 June 2027.
As our Workforce Planning Lead, you’ll:
Implement and embed the enterprise-wide workforce planning framework aligned with RACGP’s strategic and operational needs.Analyze workforce data, capability trends, succession risks and demand and supply projections to guide planning and decision making.Partner with senior leaders, Finance, People & Culture and Business Intelligence to build workforce planning capability and process maturity Design workforce dashboards, facilitate planning workshops and improve how resources are planned, used and deployed.
Skills & Experience
Significant experience in strategic workforce planning and analytics within a complex organisation. Strong capability with workforce analytics tools and platforms, including Power BI, Excel and HRIS systems. Proven ability to turn data into clear insights and influence senior stakeholders across functions. A relevant tertiary qualification and practical understanding of workforce categories, including employees, contractors and volunteers.
