F&B Attendant - Boost Juice - SCUH

We are on the search for a dynamic, fun loving, bouncing, dancing team member, to join our Boost Juice team at Sunshine Coast University Hospital. You will have exceptional customer service whilst preparing and making delicious boost recipe Smoothies and Juices, upholding Boost values, Spotless food safety and core values, ordering and cash management

Role Overview:

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers while maintaining high standards of food safety and compliance. This dynamic role requires initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.

Shifts range from Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 3:00pm. We are looking for minimum 3 days per week with at least 1 weekend day availability for approx. 20-25hrs per week depending on staff availabilities.

What You’ll Bring 

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record in food and beverage service, preferably in high-volume settings
• Juice bar experience highly regarded
• Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and multi-task whist smiling
• Have a positive and fun attitude, whilst being business 'savvy' and motivational
• Proven ability to maintain high standards in a cafe or hospitality environment.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and effective prioritization skills.
• A team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellence.
