Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality food and beverage service across bar and floor areas

• Prepare and serve drinks in a timely and professional manner

• Take orders, run food, and ensure an excellent guest experience

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service

• Adhere to all workplace health and safety and responsible service requirements

About You:

• Available to work weekends and late-night shifts is essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

• A team player with a proactive approach

Experience & Requirements:

• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required

• Junior positions available – full training provided

• Current RSA (or willingness to obtain) is highly regarded
