CREW MEMBERS (ROAD SURFACING AND LINEMARKING)

Roadways is Tasmania’s largest road surfacing company and has proudly delivered quality road solutions for over 60 years.  Operating across the state, our group includes Roadways Surfacing, Linemarking, Civil Services, Logistics and Rockit Asphalting.

We are currently seeking a number of Crew Members to join our Surfacing and Linemarking crews. Based in Glenorchy this is a permanent full time opportunity for the right individuals.

About the Role
Reporting to the Divisional Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of a crew working across the southern region. Your day to day will involve:
- Working with asphalt and bituminous surfacing and or paint and thermoplastic materials
- Traffic control and site safety duties
- Operating a range of mobile plant and machinery
- Manual labour in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Completing accurate administrative and compliance tasks

About You
We’re looking for people who have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

To be successful, you’ll need:
- Physical fitness, reliability, and willingness to travel
- Availability to work 5–6 days per week, with overtime as required
- Current Driver’s Licence
- White Card
- Heavy Vehicle Licence (desirable)
- Traffic Management Ticket (desirable)
