Truck Driver / Labourer

Rockit Asphalting is a Tasmanian-owned and operated business servicing domestic and commercial clients in Southern Tasmania.  We offer a number of services to our clients which include new road surfacing, bitumen sealing and asphalt paving.

We are currently seeking candidates who have experience in heavy vehicle driving and operations as well as experience in asphalt and bitumen works.

Based in Margate and reporting to the Site Supervisor you will be responsible for performing multiple duties as required ranging from labouring tasks to operating mobile plant and machinery.

About you:
- White card
- MR Licence 
- Traffic Control ticket (desirable)
- Positive attitude and be able to work as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety
- Desire to multi-skill in all aspects of the job and participate in training
- Reliable, punctual, self-motivated and have a great work ethic
