Qualified Automotive Technician

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing workshop.

We are a modern workshop carrying out maintenance, repairs and new car delivery on a diverse range of vehicles.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team.

If you think this is the position for you, you will need:

• To be responsible for carrying out repairs and servicing as per manufacturers schedules.

• To have a minimum Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology and 2.5 years of Dealership experience.

• Identifying vehicle concerns and liaising with service advisors on suggested repairs to discuss with clients.

• Disassembly and Reassembly of vehicles to complete repairs.

• Road testing vehicles.

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults with assistance of computer equipment.

• You will have high standards in workshop safety and cleanliness.

• Have an interest and ability to work on modern vehicles.

• Willingness to learn.

• Roadworthy inspector's qualification is an advantage but not essential.

• Refrigerant handling license is an advantage but not essential.

• Electric vehicle safety training is an advantage but not essential.

Any qualification level considered and wage above award based on experience.

Ongoing training is available to potential applicants.
