Membership Consultant – World Gym Midland & World Gym Malaga

The role involves identifying prospective members’ health and fitness needs and tailoring the best possible membership solution for them. You will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility in a positive and professional manner whilst achieving both individual and team goals/targets as set out by management.

What you’ll be doing in this role

·         Work as part of a team, responsible for the growth of the club

·         Prospecting, touring, closing & obtaining referrals

·         Generating leads & sales through sales processes

·         Providing outstanding customer service to our members

·         Retail management

·         Dealing with membership & account enquires via phone, email & social media

·         Creating brand awareness within the community

·         Greeting and interacting with members & prospective members, building rapport and finding out their needs and wants

·         Creating engaging social media content

What you need to be successful:

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and phone manner

·         A friendly, welcoming and enthusiastic disposition

·         Proven track record with exceeding sales targets

·         A passion for health and fitness

·         An ability to work and collaborate successfully with a team to achieve team/individual KPI’s and goals

·         Industry knowledge (preferable)

·         Be reliable, flexible and have fantastic work ethic

·         Enjoy helping people to achieve their goals

·         Experience in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

Successful Applicant Receives:
