Handy person / Garden and Grounds Maintenance

General maintenance, grounds work, general cleaning, painting, repairs, and regular gardening.

We are currently seeking a Full Time person to join our successful team.

In this role you will report directly to the Assistant Manager.

This role is hands-on and will require a driven individual.

Job Summary

• Respond and attend to all general maintenance requests, including grounds work, general cleaning, painting, basic carpentry / repairs, and regular gardening.
• Must be able to work a rotating roster including some weekends.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition of parts and supplies as needed.
• Communicate each day’s activities and any problems.
• Follow all company safety, security policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
