Senior Automation Test Engineer – Playwright | Salesforce Commerce CloudContract to 18 December 2026 | Melbourne | 3 Days Onsite | CloudMarc
CloudMarc is looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong functional testing capability and hands-on Playwright and Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience to join a major enterprise digital program.

The RoleYou’ll be responsible for:Designing, building and maintaining automated test coverage using Playwright.Performing hands-on functional and automation testing across new feature development.Supporting the Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFRA-to-SCAPI migration.Testing SCAPI-based integrations and functionality.Validating complex end-to-end customer journeys across digital commerce.Developing reliable, maintainable and scalable automation coverage.Creating and maintaining test scenarios, test cases and test data.Identifying, documenting and managing defects through to resolution.Working closely with developers, BAs, product teams and other Quality Engineers.Supporting regression and release testing across the program.
What We're Looking ForStrong commercial Automation Testing / Quality Engineering experience.Hands-on Playwright automation experience – essential.Strong functional testing fundamentals.Hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience – essential.Experience with SFRA and/or SCAPI highly regarded.Strong API and integration testing experience.Experience testing complex eCommerce customer journeys.Ability to design and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test coverage.Strong understanding of end-to-end and regression testing.Experience working within Agile engineering teams.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
