The Role

Sealy currently require the services of a multi Needle Quilting operator to satisfy manufacturing requirements. Previous experience in a Mattress Quilting section of the bedding industry is advantageous.

This is a genuine opportunity for career advancement with training programs in place to be the next future leaders for the right candidate.

Attributes:

• Experience in operating a Mattress tape edge machines or mattress building experience.

• Passion for Manufacturing quality products in a timely manner

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to operate as an effective team member in fast paced environment

• Committed to continuous improvement and development through our lean program

• Prior experience in leading a team is preferred but full training is provided for the right applicant
