Machine Operator – Quilting | Bedding Industry

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating and monitoring quilting machines used in mattress and bedding production

• Setting up machines, adjusting settings, and ensuring smooth operation

• Checking product quality and maintaining high standards

• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

• Following and promoting safe work practices at all times

• Assisting with basic maintenance and troubleshooting when required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating quilting machinery (bedding or textile industry preferred but not essential)

• Strong understanding of machine safety and workplace procedures

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment

• Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

• A positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates
