⚡ About the Role

We’re on the hunt for an experienced, motivated Electrician or Refrigeration Mechanic looking to upskill who enjoys changing environments and wants to be part of a business that’s growing fast. One week you might be on a commercial farm project, the next you’re helping deliver Solar/BESS installs or HVAC service work. If you like variety, you’ll love this.

As our first major hire, you’ll be part of the SEMS growth story — helping us build systems, shape culture, and develop new team capabilities as we expand across the region.

🛠️ Role Requirements

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Current A‑Grade Electrical Licence

• Current LVR/CPR (or ability to obtain)

• Construction White Card (or ability to obtain)

• Australian citizenship (mandatory)

• 2–4 years electrical experience

• Refrigeration qualification/experience (preferred, not essential)

• Solar & BESS qualifications (bonus points)

• A genuine interest in being part of a growing team

• Ability to hold a conversation or joke with our legendary clients
