We are growing! We’re currently looking for multiple Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join our existing L’Oreal Inbound team! Qualified Hairdressers, Beauty Therapists, Makeup Artists and Beauty Professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

About the role:

In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice supporting L’Oréal customers across a range of enquiries. Your day-to-day will include:

Providing exceptional customer service, primarily through inbound phone calls, as well as email correspondence and live chatRepresenting a global cosmetics brand with professionalism, warmth and careHelping customers feel heard, supported and confident with the information they receiveBe responsible for handling consumer communication enquiries and providing consumers with a highly personalised experience throughoutKeeping up to date with beauty, haircare, skincare and social trends

About you:

We’re looking for people who are passionate about beauty, customer experience and creating positive moments for customer

Previous experience and/or qualifications in the beauty industryPrevious experience in retail and/or call centre environment (highly regarded)Passion for beauty, haircare, skincare, cosmetics, and emerging industry trendsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailStrong computer and systems literacy, SAP experience desirableProficiency in social media and online platformsSelf-motivated, have a positive attitude and are a team playerAvailability to work a combination of weekdays and weekends.
