We’re looking for an experienced Organisational Change Management Officer to support ICT and digital transformation initiatives within a Federal Government department.
Key responsibilities:• Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans• Conduct stakeholder, change impact and business readiness assessments• Develop communications, engagement, training and adoption plans• Facilitate workshops and engage with senior leaders and key stakeholders• Support Agile, iterative and hybrid delivery environments• Monitor readiness, adoption, risks and resistance• Support transition to business-as-usual and post-implementation adoption
What we’re looking for:✅ Proven ICT/digital change management experience✅ PROSCI/ADKAR or equivalent methodology experience✅ Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills✅ Experience working with Agile or hybrid project teams✅ Australian Government experience is highly desirable
