Spare Parts Interpreter / Sales

Peter Roberts Car Sales is a family owned and operated car dealership in Toowoomba. Operating for  more than 50 years, we are seeking to appoint a full time parts interpreter / salesperson to join our team and provide excellent service to our retail, trade and internal customers.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• efficient and timely management of customer enquiries via phone, counter and internet;

• prepare and process quotes, purchase orders and invoices;

• assist our service department with parts requirements; and

• assist with the delivery and maintenance of stock as required.

You must possess:

• a current driver licence;

• the ability to provide exceptional customer service;

• sales experience of some description;

• sound computer skills;

• strong attention to detail; and

• excellent communication skills.

Ideally you will:

• have previous experience in automotive / vehicle spare parts sales;

• be familiar with dealer management software systems;

• be proactive and reliable;

• work well under pressure.

Previous experience in parts interpreting is not essential - we will consider hiring a trainee parts interpreter.
