Sign Design & Pre-Press – Large Format & Signage

A fast-paced role in a busy signage and large format print workshop in Osborne Park. Your main focus is sign design and set-up — designing signs and preparing files correctly for print and cutting so jobs run cleanly on the floor — with a real understanding of how the sign gets built at the other end. You'll also run the printers and production gear (full training provided). We're always looking for smarter ways to work, so if you love technology and learning new gear, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

•    Design and set up signs, preparing files for large format print and cutting with construction and assembly in mind

•    Run printers and production equipment across the workshop

•    Work with HP Latex, Canon Arizona, Canon Colorado, Zünd cutters/CNC, laser cutters and 3D printers

•    Drive Onyx RIP day to day (Canon ProCut a plus)

What you'll bring

•    Real signage or large format experience — we care more about what you can do than an exact year count

•    A genuine grasp of how signs are manufactured and assembled, applied when you set up a job

•    Strong Adobe Suite and confident on Onyx RIP

•    Detail-focused, technical, and easy to work alongside

Bonus points

•    You're a tech lover at heart — the type who enjoys getting to know new machines and software, and naturally spots smarter, faster ways to run a workflow. We're keen to keep improving how the shop runs, and we'll back good ideas.

•    Strong graphic design skills are a genuine plus.
