Restaurant Manager – Frogmore Creek, Cambridge

Frogmore Creek is one of Tasmania’s leading cool-climate wineries, bringing together exceptional Tasmanian produce, award-winning wine and memorable hospitality in the Coal River Valley.

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and take a whole-of-venue approach to the guest experience.

The role

• Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation and front-of-house team

• Maintain exceptional service and hospitality standards

• Work closely with the kitchen, cellar door and management teams

• Work seamlessly with our Events Manager and Team to deliver world-class functions and events

• Understand the venue as a whole — restaurant, cellar door, kitchen, functions and events — and help ensure every area works cohesively
