Our range includes Air Conditioning, Fridges, Ovens, Dishwashers, Televisions, Sound Bars, Washing Machines, Mattresses, Furniture and more, from brands such as Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Smeg and Electrolux
The Opportunity
Offering great training and ongoing support, we are seeking a casual Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our eCommerce team based in Tottenham.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Handle incoming sales and order enquiries
Process customer orders
Manage "LiveChat"
Organise customer deliveries
Arrange customer returns and general administration tasks
Respond to daily email communication
Answer incoming calls
Liaise with suppliers
Skills required:
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Retail and administration experience
Demonstrated impeccable customer service
Strong organisational skills
A results-oriented focus
Experience in Microsoft Excel
Enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated
Proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to adapt hours to seasonal times and business needs
Working Days:
Casual rotating roster between Monday to Saturday
