Customer Service Representative - Casual

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and capable individual to join our small, dedicated Customer Service team. To be successful in the role, you will need to be able to multi-task, work effectively in a team environment and be able to maintain and build on our existing reputation of offering superior customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining and demonstrating your knowledge of our brands whilst delivering exceptional customer experience
• Assisting with inbound customer enquiries, ensuring a positive customer outcome
• Provide support for administrative tasks, such as refunds, inventory management, and generating reports
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships

About you

• Demonstrated experience in customer service and using CRM/customer facing platforms (Zendesk, Shopify, AP21 preferred but not essential)
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint required) and general computer systems
• Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication
• Efficient time management and organisation, with the ability to work independently
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service
• Loves fashion and retail
