Global Sourcing Service Manager

 YOUR PROFILE:

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain Management, ideally within the wind, energy, engineering or industrial services sectors.

• Proven experience managing supplier tenders, RFQs, commercial negotiations and contract awards.

• Strong knowledge of service procurement, contractor management and supplier relationship management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

• Strong commercial, financial and analytical skills, with experience in budget management and cost optimisation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across regional and global teams.

• Self-motivated and proactive professional, capable of driving initiatives independently while aligning with global strategies.

• Experience in international or matrix organisations and Spanish and/or German language skills will be highly regarded.
