Restaurant Host/Hostess

The Meat & Wine Co ADELAIDE is seeking an experienced Host to join the team.

This is a Full Time Salaried Position.

Key responsibilities

• Managing guest enquiries and reservations (SevenRooms or similar)
• Greeting and seating guests to support smooth service flow
• Providing attentive, professional customer service
• Processing payments and cash handling
• Communicating guest requests and preferences to the team

About you

• Previous experience as a Host within an A La Carte restaurant environment
• Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms preferred)
• Cash handling and POS experience
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Current RSA Certificate
• Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster, including nights and weekends
