Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Tea Lady to join our team in the Property & Housing sector. This full-time role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for our staff and clients by providing high-quality tea and refreshments. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall comfort and satisfaction of our workplace, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of teas and refreshments to staff and visitors
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
• Restock supplies as needed, ensuring all items are readily available
• Assist with catering for meetings and events, including setting up and clearing away
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to requests in a timely manner
• Monitor and manage inventory of tea and snack supplies
• Support the team with additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic food hygiene knowledge is an advantage
• A friendly and approachable demeanour
