The current shifts are Wed – Sun

8am – 4:30pm Wed-Fri

Sat and Sun is a mix of 8am to 4pm or 1pm to 9pm

The position we are seeking is as follows:

• Customer Service Team Member

This position requires an energetic and team-focused candidate and while past experience is desirable; we are ultimately looking for candidates with the right attitude! This position requires dedication and initiative to help with optimal store cleaning, customer service, coffee making and merchandising/front facing. 

Applicants who possess a dynamic and team focused personality, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are all strongly encouraged to apply.

Other requirements we are seeking include but are not limited to:

• Ability to work in fast paced environment offering prompt and reliable service;

• Maturity, trustworthiness and honesty;

• Accuracy relating to cash transactions;

• Relevant food handling qualifications and an understanding of all food safety and hygiene requirements desirable;

• Excellent communication and presentation;

• Creativity to inspire customers through Store presentation, merchandising and stock management;

• Ability to delight our customers with amazing customer service;

• Maintaining optimal Store cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
