We are looking for a chef to join the team at our busy Canberra cafe, located at Parliament House.
Key responsibilities
Running the back of house, including menu creation and pricing, stock ordering, and assist with managing staff
Preparing ready to go meals including but not limited to pastas, salads and curries
Preparing made-to-order items including but not limited to burgers, daily/weekly specials and breakfasts
About you
A genuine passion for great food and presentation
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Assist with managing the day-to-day running of a kitchen
