About the role
Formworkers – DIDO | Regional NSW
We are currently seeking experienced Civil Formworkers for a Drive-In/Drive-Out (DIDO) project based in Regional NSW.
This role is ideal for candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working away from home on a rostered basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Set out, build, and install formwork for civil concrete structures
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Construct formwork for footings, columns, decks, and headwalls
Ensure all work is completed to high standards of accuracy and quality
Assist with concrete pours and finishing
Strip, clean, and maintain formwork systems
Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Civil Formworker (essential)
Ability to read and interpret civil/engineering plans
Strong commitment to site safety
White Card (essential)
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (required for DIDO)
Ability to work rostered shifts and stay away from home
Own tools (preferred)
