About the role
The Opportunity
Here at The Kids Research Institute Australia, our vision is simple – Happy Healthy Kids.
Our Kids Rehab Research WA team is an integrated team of clinicians and researchers who deliver and research therapies for children with acquired or congenital neurological impairments, leading to improved outcomes for children and their families.
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Research Fellow to work with the CONNECT-CP Project, which is a clinical research program aiming to improve connection, access and translation of evidence in Cerebral Palsy. CONNECT-CP aims to diagnose cerebral palsy (CP) earlier and ensure all children in Western Australia (WA) have access to early assessment and support.
Your duties will include:
Located in our offices within Perth Children’s Hospital, this role is part-time (0.4 FTE) in an ongoing capacity.
The salary range for this role is $114,900 to $134,700 (depending on experience) + Super.
Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must have unrestricted Australian work rights to be considered.
About You
The successful candidate will hold a relevant PhD/Doctoral qualification in public health, epidemiology, social sciences, health promotion, health sciences, rehabilitation, psychology, allied health, implementation science, or a related field.
