Service Advisor / Receptionist

Looking to start your career in the automotive industry or bring your customer service experience to a new team?

Mandurah Auto Group is seeking friendly, organised and customer-focused people to join our Service teams. With multiple Service Advisor and Service Receptionist positions available across our dealerships in Mandurah, there are opportunities for both experienced professionals and entry-level applicants.

Previous automotive experience is not essential for entry-level opportunities. If you enjoy helping people, are confident using computers and have a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you. Applicants from retail, hospitality, reception, administration and other customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Service Advisors

As a Service Advisor, you will be the link between our customers and workshop, helping coordinate servicing and repairs while keeping customers informed throughout their visit.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and discussing their servicing requirements

• Scheduling bookings and preparing job cards and repair orders

• Liaising with workshop technicians to coordinate work

• Keeping customers updated on progress, costs and completion times

• Preparing quotes, obtaining approval for additional work and explaining invoices

• Assisting with warranty enquiries and maintaining accurate records

• Building customer relationships and contributing to departmental targets

Service Receptionists

As one of the first points of contact for our Service Department, you will help create a welcoming experience for customers and provide day-to-day administrative support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and directing enquiries

• Answering incoming calls and responding to emails

• Creating, confirming and maintaining service bookings

• Updating customer details and maintaining accurate records

• Supporting the Service Advisors with administration and paperwork

• Helping the wider Service team keep daily operations running smoothly

We are looking for people who bring:

• A friendly, professional approach and a genuine interest in customer service

• Clear communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confidence using computers and learning new systems

• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment

• A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to work as part of a team

Previous reception, customer service or automotive experience is preferred, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Automotive knowledge, Titan DMS experience and familiarity with warranty processes will be highly regarded for Service Advisor positions.
