Team members work closely with customers on-site to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and deliver professional results that meet safety and industry standards.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Stone Restoration role based in Perth, WA. The role involves cleaning, grinding, honing, polishing, and sealing stone surfaces such as marble, granite, limestone, and other natural and engineered stones in residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include assessing surface conditions, preparing work areas, using hand tools and machinery, applying sealants and restoration products, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The position also requires accurate measurement and documentation of work, basic maintenance of equipment, and clear communication with clients and team members about project progress and care instructions. The role may involve lifting and moving materials, working in varied environments, and adhering to schedules to complete jobs on time.Qualifications Experience or strong interest in stone restoration, surface finishing, or related trades (e.g., tiling, flooring, concreting).Ability to use or learn to use hand tools and machinery safely, including polishers, grinders, and cleaning equipment.Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship and cleanliness on-site.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as cooperatively within a small team.Physical capacity to perform manual work, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues, including basic written documentation of jobs.Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client locations across Perth and surrounding areas.Knowledge of safe work practices, including use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety guidelines.Prior experience in stone care, sealing, or building maintenance is an advantage but not mandatory; training can be provided.
