Situated on the Mornington Peninsula - We are looking for a Senior Chef to Join our TEAM.

Full Time Position Available

Hours Our Cafe operates Mon - Fri 6.30am - 4pm

Kitchen Opens from 7.30am - 2.30pm

Only Open One Night per Week (Friday Nights 5.30-9pm) Italian Style Menu

We are seeking an individual who demonstrates the following attributes:

· Great opportunity for someone great seeking work/life balance.

· Plan menus and execute daily food preparation, ensuring high quality standards are met.

· Competent with portion and costings control

· Knowledge around Italian Dishes with Pastas and Handmade Dishes

· Maintain a clean, organized and efficient kitchen environment. Follow all safety and sanitation regulations.

· Assist in fostering a positive, supportive and collaborative work environment & promoting team work

· Available on Weekends with the opportunity to have a rotation basis

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate at least 6 YEARS of Experience in a Senior Chef Role

This is for a 38 - 40 Hours per week working role.
