CEILING FIXER/PLASTERER Residential Renovation Tradesperson

About the role

Better Space is looking for an experienced Ceiling Fixer/Plasterer to join our small residential renovation team in Perth. You'll work alongside our team across different stages of residential renovations, including structural alterations, carpentry and framing, demolition, general renovation work, and on-site problem solving. This is a multi-skilled renovation role where you'll work independently, take ownership of your work and consistently produce a high-quality finish.

Key responsibilities

• Plasterboard wall and ceiling installation
• Flushing and finishing
• Solid plastering, rendering and setting
• Ceiling repairs and replacements
• Wall and ceiling repairs and patching
• Cornice installation
• Producing a clean, high-quality finish in occupied homes
• Structural alterations
• Carpentry and framing
• Demolition and general renovation work

About you

• Experienced and confident in their trade
• Takes pride in producing excellent workmanship
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• Enjoys varied, hands-on renovation projects
• Friendly, positive and enjoys working as part of a small team
• Professional and comfortable dealing with clients in their homes
• Willing to share skills and knowledge with the team
• Holds a current driver's licence and White Card
