About The opportunity:
As a result of continued growth and expansion, we require a driven and enthusiastic Executive Assistant on a part-time basis (3 or 4 days a week), who can support the Group CEO in delivering outstanding administration support at practice and group level.
This is a great opportunity to utilise your broad administration and organisational acumen in a pivotal role.
About The role:
The Executive Assistant will report to the Group Chief Executive Officer.
The role has a broad focus in supporting the planning and execution of the company goals and objectives and ensuring that operations run smoothly, with key responsibilities including:
Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
Assisting in planning and execution of key operational matters
Provide corporate secretarial support at the organisational level
Organise team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
Supporting the producing of reports and presentations
Manage system administration through staff onboarding & offboarding processes
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
Support the development and maintenance of HR or Marketing/Communications activities, dependant upon the skill set of the individual
Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
Managing the reception team and their duties
Diary management and scheduling of meetings both internal and external to the organisation
Handling correspondence

Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Excellent time management skills
Well-developed organisational skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Experience in corporate secretarial matters
Attention to detail
Experience in using Xero
Great verbal and written communication skills
Strong MS office suite skills – PowerPoint, Excel & Word
