The Project

This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented Mace team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You’ll Be Responsible For

Brings 10–15 years’ experience in cost estimating/quantity surveying across civils, structural, or MEP projects.Acts as the functional estimating lead within a client‑side integrated delivery team.Leads major infrastructure estimate development, reviews contractor pricing, and shapes procurement and contract strategies.Delivers robust cost planning, final cost plans, valuations, and reporting for stakeholders.Manages design‑change cost impacts, contract administration, claims evaluation, and final accounts.Builds strong internal/external relationships while driving team performance, continuous improvement, and carbon‑reduction goals.

You’ll Need To Have

10–15 years’ experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying across civils, structural, MEP or building services.Functional Lead experience delivering estimating on a client‑side integrated team.Proven expertise in major infrastructure estimating, TOC development and contractor estimate reviews.Degree‑qualified, digitally competent, with strong commercial, contract and value‑engineering knowledge and MRICS/RICS preferred.
