Operations and Customer Service Team Member

The Loganlea office is Carpet Call Australia's leading customer service team, supplying an integrated system and solution for the flooring market. We are the prominent supplier within the industry built on strong customer relationships.

Your Role:

As an Operations team member you will be responsible for the day to day support of the Sales team in line with sales and customer requests.

This role includes administrative and sales support functions; with many accounts and customers. The focus of this role is to assist in facilitating the efficient operation of sales and administrative duties with responsibility for the sales team and customer accounts; both new and existing. In this role you will undertake a variety of tasks and demonstrate excellent adaptability.

A strong emphasis will be placed on having a positive attitude while completing a variety of tasks with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail.

What you will be doing...

• Provide administrative support to our Retail Stores

• Assist with aftersales and maintenance requests

• Scheduling jobs and confirming inventory requirements

• Processing of invoices and purchase orders

• Provide administrative support within the Operations team

• Responding to incoming communications within a timely manner

• Assist with a monthly stock take
