About the roleJoin us as an Dayforce Application Analyst and play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Dayforce HRIS, Payroll and Workforce Management platform. Acting as the system expert, you will configure, optimise and troubleshoot the system, provide ongoing support to users, and work closely with HR, Payroll and IT teams to deliver system improvements. You'll also contribute to technology projects, support the rollout of new functionality, and help ensure our people systems continue to meet the needs of a growing organisation.
This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:Relevant qualifications in IT, Business or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.Proven experience supporting and optimising Dayforce across Payroll, Workforce Management and HR modules, minimum two years.Strong system administration and configuration experience within enterprise HCM platforms.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes and support system integrations.Experience with system testing, quality assurance and maintaining accurate technical documentation.Exposure to system implementations, upgrades and continuous improvement projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills with excellent attention to detail.
