Our range is targeted to various print segments and includes fine paper, Visual Communication materials, synthetics, self-adhesives, packaging grades and a number of other substrates. 

About this Position

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will work in our busy Converting production team to provide an exceptional level of service to a wide variety of customers. Day-to-day you will answer phone and email enquiries, processing work orders, book transport and provide innovative solutions for customers to meet their needs. You will also work closely with the converting and warehouse teams to support timely and accurate ordering and delivery of customer goods, and when appropriate support our internal sales team.

Based in our Dingley office, you will report to the Warehouse Manager and your hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8.00am-4.30pm, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

• Provide a high standard of customer service

• Work with converting team to assist with overflow workload

• Process orders in SAP, check stock availability and where required suggest alternative products

• Liaise with transport companies for transport bookings on a daily basis

• Build and maintain excellent knowledge of product ranges

• Focus on and support sales of ageing stock

• Provide direction to customers on our products and services

• Work within in a small dedicated team

• Liaise with external sales and warehouse teams to ensure service levels are achieved

• Ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a customer service role

• Experience in the print, packaging or label industry (highly desirable)

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to retain information

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)

• Experience using SAP is preferred

• Effective time-management skills

• Drive, energy and a willingness to learn.
