This newly created position will support the administrative, customer service, and logistical coordination functions at our Cold Storage facility based in Derrimut, Victoria.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Site Manager, as the Cold Store Administration & Logistics Officer your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and tracking our transport performance against KPI's

• Liaison with transport providers to support efficient inbound and outbound logistics

• Support operational teams with logistics coordination and planning

• Manage CHEP pallet enquiries, reconciliations and reporting

• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and compliant working environment, supporting audits as required.

• Supporting the coordination of staff activities across administration and logistics functions promoting adherence to company procedures and operational standards

What You'll Bring

•  Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data, reports and internal systems

• Knowledge of WHS and GMP standards

•  Strong communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy

•  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

•  Analytical mindset with strong reporting capability

• A willingness to learn, be flexible and get involved across different areas of the business as required.

•  Previous experience in Logistics, transport coordination or warehouse administration.
