ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Rendering Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee daily rendering operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

• Lead, mentor and coordinate staff across all rendering activities

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and yield performance are met

• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, HACCP, and WHS requirements

• Conduct routine equipment checks and work with maintenance to minimise downtime

• Complete and maintain accurate production records and reports

• Drive continuous improvement across processes, safety, and efficiency

• Liaise with other shift supervisors, department managers and internal departments to ensure operational alignment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in rendering or meat processing operations

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment

• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance requirements

• Problem-solving ability and confidence in making operational decisions

• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to lead by example

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
