Premium Client Manager – Emerging Markets

Melbourne | Hybrid | $110k–$130k + Super + Bonus

Some client management roles are basically glorified inbox management.

This isn't one of them.

We're partnering with an established global financial markets business to find a Premium Client Manager to look after and grow relationships with some of its highest-value clients across Emerging Markets.

You'll inherit an established portfolio of premium clients, build genuine long-term relationships and identify opportunities to grow those accounts, while also developing your own network and bringing new clients into the business.

Think relationship management first, business development second.

You'll work closely with market analysts, trading experts and a wider Premium team, giving clients access to the people and insights that genuinely add value to their trading experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing an established portfolio of premium and high-net-worth clients
• Developing deeper relationships and identifying commercial opportunities
• Building your own pipeline of prospective high-value clients
• Meeting clients face-to-face and attending premium client events
• Connecting clients with analysts and market experts
• Supporting live market dealing and trade execution following training
• Keeping client activity and commercial agreements properly documented

What we're looking for:

You'll ideally bring 5+ years' experience within financial services, trading, brokerage, wealth, private banking or another premium client environment.

More importantly, you'll know how to build genuine relationships with sophisticated clients and turn those relationships into long-term commercial value.

Mandarin fluency is essential and Cantonese is highly preferred, given the client base across Hong Kong and Emerging Markets.

Experience across CFDs, derivatives, margin trading or brokerage would be excellent, but we're also interested in strong relationship managers from adjacent financial services environments.

And you don't necessarily need to arrive carrying a giant client book.

There's already an established premium client base here, so your ability to build trust, develop relationships and uncover commercial opportunities matters more.
