We are at a very strong stage of company growth due to both existing projects and upcoming developments. We are looking for an accomplished, driven and team-oriented Estimator with an exceptional eye for detail and well-developed time management skills to join our business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Pricing labour, materials and onsite equipment prior to commencement of works

• Checking Supplier/Subcontractor quotes and issuing purchase orders for onsite works

• Assisting with client sales estimates and upgrade costings 

• Creating and sustaining ongoing relationships with Subcontractors and Suppliers

• Updating databases of information  

• Uploading and approving invoices from Suppliers and Subcontractors

• Assisting in resolving on-site issues relating to purchase orders

What you need to join our exciting team

• Previous estimating experience in a similar role 

• Understand construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in simple terms

• Strong understanding of workflow stages in the home building industry from inception to construction

• Strong time management skills

• Ability to prioritise and multi-task

• Follow instructions accurately

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
