Employment and Workplace Relations Lawyer - 3 PAE +

We are looking for an experienced employment lawyer to join our Employment, Workplace Relations & Safety practice.

This is an opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys interesting, varied work and wants to take real responsibility for matters and client relationships, while working as part of an experienced and collaborative team.

The role

You will work across a broad mix of contentious and advisory employment and workplace matters, including:

• employment contracts, policies and workplace compliance

• performance management, disciplinary and termination matters

• workplace investigations

• unfair dismissal, general protections and other employment disputes

• industrial relations matters

• workplace health and safety

• executive employment issues

• proceedings in State and Federal courts and tribunals.

There is also an opportunity to work on professional discipline, regulatory and investigation matters, drawing on the firm’s established expertise in these areas.

Our clients include employers of all sizes, insurers, industry associations, not-for-profit organisations and senior professionals across a range of industries and regulated professions.

What we are looking for

We are interested in speaking with lawyers with solid employment and workplace relations experience. We are open-minded about exact PAE and more interested in finding the right person.

You will ideally be someone who enjoys working directly with clients, can take ownership of matters appropriate to your experience and wants to continue developing both technically and professionally.
