Employment Lawyer - 2-5 years

We are seeking an Employment Lawyer with 2-5 yrs PAE to join a reputable and fast-growing specialist litigation practice in Sydney CBD. 

You will have experience in employment and workplace law, enjoy working closely with clients and be keen to develop your skills across a variety of complex and interesting matters.

Duties will include: 
 

• Assisting with a broad range of employment and workplace disputes 
• Working closely with senior lawyers to provide practical and commercially focused advice to clients 
• Preparing court documents, submissions, settlement agreements and other legal materials 
• Supporting matters before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court and other relevant jurisdictions 
• Advising on unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination and workplace conduct matters 
• Assisting with restraint of trade issues, post-employment obligations and confidential information disputes 
• Participating in workplace investigations and other sensitive employment matters 
• Building strong client relationships while developing technical skills
