We have Showroom's based in Southbank, Thomastown and Nunawading, servicing existing customers and welcoming new customers on a daily basis.

About the Position

• Our Southbank Showroom requires a Casual Sales / Administration Person for Mondays and Tuesdays, 10am - 530pm.

• Extra days will be available when Staff are on leave.

• Days will also be available at our Thomastown Showroom.

Qualifications & Experience

• This position would suit someone who has experience in Retail Sales with an Interest in Home Furnishings.

• Experience in General Administration Work, Database entry.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Greeting customers on arrival with enthusiasm and readiness to help 

• Spending time walking customers through the showroom and assisting them with their furniture purchase including furniture selection, material & color choice, sizing and floorplans when presented, quoting and producing Sales Orders

• Opening and closing of the showroom when required.

• Showroom and furniture maintenance.  We pride ourselves in a clean and well presented showroom.  You will be required to dust, vacuum, and generally clean.

• Answering incoming phone calls and make outgoing phone calls with a clear and easy to understand voice. 

• Inputting and processing entries in the Database.

• Dress and present yourself in a professional manner.

• Be punctual on the days you are rostered on.   

• Be approachable for when customers require assistance.
