About the role
As a Commercial Real Estate Lease Administrator you'll work within the APAC Charging Operations team based in APAC headquarters. This role is responsible for maintaining lease data accuracy, lease compliance items and reporting for our operating network. You’ll specialize in fast-paced, high-volume administration and task-oriented processing of lease obligations, whilst working closely with key internal stakeholders, such as Legal, the Project Development teams, AR/AP, Tools and Analytics, and external stakeholders, such as Charging site hosts.
Demonstrated experience in lease administration, lease management, or commercial real estate operations is essential for this role. You should have a strong working knowledge of lease lifecycles, critical date tracking, rent schedules, lease obligation management, and landlord/tenant coordination.
What You'll Do
Maintain accuracy of our lease management system for our operating network of sites, including data analysis, critical date management, creating process flows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Manage and maintain lease obligations, such as one-time, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad-hoc required reports, payments, collections, insurance obligations, and issuing legal notices, in addition to other key responsibilities.Oversee and facilitate agreements for processing, such as tracking status, locating missing leases, and facilitating approvals.Contact Management of shared ticketing inbox, including serving as the Charging first point of contact for all Lease Management and payment related communication, creating templatized responses, and assigns tickets.Drive efficiency and process improvements with internal systems and stakeholders, such as automation, intermediate and long-term creative solutions.Work closely with Accounts Payables and Supplier teams to facilitate payments, including onboarding external stakeholders, validating and maintaining rent schedule accuracy, completing reconciliations, supporting internal and external stakeholder requests, driving efficiency and creating process flows.Act as charging team liaison between internal and external stakeholders for Insurance obligations and requests, including issuing Certificates of Currency (COC), maintaining COC accuracy, and coordinate non-standard requests.
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience in lease administration, lease management, or commercial real estate operations with a strong working knowledge of lease lifecycles, critical date tracking, rent schedules, lease obligation management, and landlord/tenant coordination.Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Impeccable attention to detail and an eye for efficiency.Experience coordinating in fast-paced environments and teams.Superb organizational skills with strong multi-tasking abilities.Focused personality while maintain a flexible attitude towards critical tasks.Previous experience working with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable is preferred but not required.Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Proficient in Power Automate preferred, but not required.
