About the Role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused EUX Analyst to support the deployment and onboarding of end-user technology within a large enterprise environment based in Tullamarine.
Working closely with the EUX Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring employees receive well-configured, secure and user-friendly technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, Device Deployment or IT Operations.
The role offers hands-on exposure to enterprise technology deployments, user onboarding activities and modern workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Device Deployment & Configuration
Prepare, configure and deploy laptops and desktop devices.
Perform device imaging, software installation and security configuration.
Deploy and configure Cisco desk phones, including extension setup and testing.
Provision and enrol mobile devices (iOS and Android) using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
Install and support workplace technology including monitors, docking stations, keyboards, headsets, webcams and other peripherals.
User Onboarding & Support
Support new starter onboarding activities and technology handovers.
Assist users with device setup, account access and first-time sign-in processes.
Deliver a positive and professional user experience during technology rollouts.
Ensure deployments comply with organisational standards, usability guidelines and security requirements.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with project teams and technical stakeholders to support deployment activities.
Maintain accurate deployment records and asset information.
Assist with rollout planning and coordination activities where required.
Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding and deployment processes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience working with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
Exposure to laptop, desktop, mobile device and peripheral deployment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SCCM or other MDM/device management platforms.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A proactive and organised approach to work.
The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
A genuine interest in workplace technology and end-user experience.
Desirable Skills
Experience supporting enterprise device rollout projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.
Experience configuring Cisco IP phones.
Exposure to IT asset management processes.
Understanding of ITIL or structured service delivery environments.
Qualifications
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline; or
Equivalent practical experience.
