Warehouse Administrator

Are you organised, confident on a computer and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment?

We’re looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join a large, well-established industrial operation in Eagle Farm.

This isn't your typical office-based admin role. You'll work closely with the warehouse and outbound team, helping keep freight, paperwork and day-to-day dispatch activities running smoothly.

• Data entry and maintaining accurate warehouse records

• Booking freight and coordinating outgoing deliveries

• Creating packing lists and dispatch documentation

• Sending emails and communicating with internal teams and transport providers

• Providing general administrative support to the warehouse team

• Strong computer skills and confidence with data entry

• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately

• Clear written and verbal communication

• Previous warehouse, logistics, transport or administration experience highly regarded

• Forklift licence preferred, but not essential for the right person

$38–$40 per hour, consistent Monday-to-Friday 8:00am–4:30pm hours, an ongoing opportunity and the chance to join a stable industrial operation with an established team.
