About the role
Cahill Transport is a third-generation, family-owned Australian transport and logistics company with over 75 years of experience.
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Administrator to join our Forrestfield team. This casual, onsite role offers consistent weekday morning hours, supporting our warehouse operations with order processing, inventory and documentation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Processing customer orders into our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Checking customer inventory for errors and discrepancies.
Completing accurate and timely data entry.
Sorting, scanning and filing driver and customer paperwork.
Communicating with customers regarding orders and documentation.
Supporting day-to-day warehouse administration.
What You’ll Bring
Previous administration or data entry experience in a high-volume environment.
Experience using a WMS or ERP system.
Freight 2020 experience highly regarded.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
What’s In It for You
Consistent hours – Monday to Wednesday, 8:00am–12:00pm.
$41.12 – $44.28 per hour including casual loading.
