Site Supervisor

• Qualifications: Certificate IV in Project Management or a minimum of 3 years’ proven project management experience.
  
• Government Experience: Prior experience working on government contracts is highly regarded.
  
• Trade Background: A trade background is preferred, with experience managing internal teams and contractors.
  
• Technical Skills: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Simpro, Procore, Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills being an advantage.
  
• Project Delivery: Proven ability to deliver projects within agreed timelines and required standards.
  
• Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of safety practices and a commitment to maintaining safe work environments.
  
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
  
• Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines.
  
• Commercial Acumen: Experience reviewing commercial contracts, with strong commercial awareness.
  
• Personal Attributes: Innovative thinker with a self-motivated, proactive, and can-do attitude.
