Night Gaming / Duty Manager

About the role

As Night Duty Manager, you'll oversee evening operations across the venue, ensuring exceptional service standards, gaming compliance, team performance, and a smooth close each shift. The role predominantly works evening and late-night shifts, with the venue trading through until 3:00am.

Key responsibilities

• Leading venue operations during evening and closing shifts

• Managing gaming operations and ensuring all compliance requirements are met

• Completing venue close procedures, daily reporting and cash reconciliations

• Supporting and supervising team members across bar, gaming and floor operations

• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and confidently

• Ensuring high standards of presentation, cleanliness and safety are maintained

• Driving a positive team culture and guest experience throughout the shift

About you

• Previous Duty Manager, Supervisor or Senior Hospitality experience

• RSA and RP Badge essential

• Gaming Manager's Badge preferred, or willingness to obtain

• Strong understanding of gaming compliance and venue close procedures

• Confidence working autonomously and making decisions independently

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Availability to work late nights, weekends and public holidays

• A proactive, self-motivated approach and strong attention to detail
